Upgrade of SharePoint sites in o365 to the Modern View Experience.

Test sites for the upgrade: Upgrade checkers, power shell scripts for permission’s management, and general tools for simple or complex SharePoint Sites Management and Administration, are available. Testing of sites pre-migration for look and feel for End Users, Marketing, and IT.
Proactive steps for upgrade include: Site migration testing, End User UI Testing, configuration enhancements, communications management, with Quick Guides and training sessions, as well as administrative knowledge transfer materials and sessions, as needed. Sites will look and feel different than what the end user is used to. Remember the sites will only take a clean upgrade if there is no customization on the site. Running tools will help to determine what you may be surprised to find will not upgrade. You may end up with a mixed bag environment. Which is ok if you are planning on maintaining a hybrid platform.
Hybrid solutions: Hybrid solutions and architectural configurations are also available for both support and migration. This includes SharePoint on-prem and cloud services.
